It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for! I work through all my galleries in order of my calendar. All sessions are delivered within 4 weeks and weddings are delivered within 12 weeks. Once I have completed your gallery I’ll send you a message to check your email and download your images. I keep all galleries for up to one year after your session. 

After the previous details have been ironed out, I always connect with you the day before the session/wedding to do one final check in! I’ll double check the weather, make sure we have the right address, plan where to meet and remind you of any detail items you need. Then comes the moment we’ve been waiting for! This is when we make the magic happen and capture your session or wedding. To be prepared, I usually create a mental shot list before every session and I help with all posing. I also give you the opportunity to add in your own poses if you’ve seen something on Pinterest that you fell in love with.

This stage is where we get to know each other better! I’ll send over a client questionnaire with some basic questions to get to know you better and to envision the vibe you’re going for. If it hasn’t already been planned, this is also when we’ll figure out the location, plan outfits (if you need help with it), and go over any additional questions you may have. For couples planning a wedding, I will also send you a wedding questionnaire, have you plan the family photo list, help with timeline creation, remind you of any detail items you may want for your big day, and be someone you can lean on for any additional questions.

During this stage we’ll go over what type of session you want, how many hours of coverage you need, the date & time of your session/wedding, etc. In order to be officially booked you must sign the contract and pay a 50% nonrefundable retainer within 48 hours to secure your date. Flexible payment plans are also available.
